Terms of Reference

The APT will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of consistent and timely information on Novanet ‘s implementation of the ALEPH ILS to our target users: faculty, students, staff and the general public. The team will be chaired by the Project Manager and will report to NSOC. Working with NSOC and public service staff of member libraries, the team will:

1) coordinate the delivery of information from Novanet to our target users
2) ensure Novanet provides a consistent message to our target users
3) develop content that will be used to publicize the implementation of ALEPH and its features using templates that can be tailored to the needs of member libraries
4) deliver the content in a variety of formats (newsletters, web pages, brochures, press releases etc).
